If you do get any sorts of conflicts, the Conflict Resolver program also works well. Follow all the instructions and make the backup it tells you to in case you have any issues, but I haven't had any so far. I've tried to avoid using it so far to avoid any possible issues, but it's becoming increasingly necessary for access to clothing mods.
