If a guitar tab database/player (without the performance feedback) that works offline is sufficient for your needs, you can probably find something for that. Based on the ones I've seen personally I wouldn't have high expectations for their accuracy (even Ys's mobile app seems to struggle a little with that relative to their desktop app) and IMO even ignoring the pitch detection stuff these are very rudimentary compared to Fp let alone Ys - but I guess I'm probably not an unbiased source, so you should probably take that into account. I don't know if any of them happen to work offline but you might be able to find one that does.
There are a small number of other mobile apps that at least claim to provide similar performance feedback as you play along with tabs. The root post didn't mention mobile specifically, but the parent comment from u/cincinnatistuff is right: there's no publicly available version of Fp for iOS or Android (yet), only Windows, macOS and Linux.įor what it is worth I can't think of anything offhand that meets all of these criteria (mobile, real-time pitch/rhythm feedback, works offline), but: I expect that will be flaky at best in both cases though.) For what it's worth you might also be able to do something that with Yousician. You might be able to get some kind of hack like switching to airplane mode after loading opening a song in the player to work. (Or at least it's not currently designed to. the "tools" like the scale explorer, stand-alone metronome, etc.) work offline, the main game-play experience (tab-player) isn't one of them. Also Linux :) I really appreciate the shout-out for FATpick from u/shidey17 (I'm the guy that made it) but just to clarify, for right now at least:
